They already have - this was on RISKS a while back - albeit for
automated signups to free webmail systems that make you decode those
stupid blurry images. You set up a partly free porn site that makes
people decode the images (pulled from the site you are attacking) in
order to look at more porn, thus harnessing the power of millions of
horny teenagers.
