[Gllug] Are 16/4 ringnodes any use?

Hi all,

I've been sorting my junk and found three Token Ring cards. Are they any 
earthly use or just recycler fodder? If not, I'd prefer to dispose of 
them properly rather than just consign them to the dustbin (every 
little helps.) How and where could I accomplish this?
