For those running postfix this kind of callout is available in the 2.0.x
(where x > 10) releases and is easy to implement.
Do note however that this will block legitimate email as well - plenty of
people use munged email addresses.
Remember that callout can only use the MAIL FROM address as provided
during the SMTP conversation for this.
