yes, it seems so. I've been trying out Leo, which combines LPs way of intertwining documentation and code with a nice hierarchical outlining system. The outlining is the most useful bit, but you get that in an IDE like Eclipse, with integrated debugging too.

How about documenting databases? At work we have something of a mess, and were thinking of making a database to document our databases. Shades of lesser fleas...
