I am, but I wasn't referring to just broadcast data. I often get it on
mpeg4-like files, and the delay tends to get worse with time. The main
culprit there is my CPU having to do all the decoding for both the audio
and video in the original file and then send it to the DXR3 as mpeg2; or
the decoder hiccuping a little whilst dealing with a poorly encoded file
(which can be got around to an extent with some frame dropping). I don't
think there's much else you can do is there, because there's no actual
sync information, just two streams of data. I also sometimes experience
it whilst playing DVDs - tho a lot less often.
This happens normally of course, but my experience is that it's more
noticeable [to me on my system] using the DXR3 to a TV than my normal
graphics card to my CRT.
