Analogue radio will be with us for the forseeable future.   DAB simply hasn't 
taken off - the equipment's much too expensive, and the broadcast quality is 
a joke (the Radio 3 data rate has been reduced to the point at which it 
sounds like a really bad MP3).  DAB probably now stands for "Dead and 
Buried"!
