[Gllug] Doing FOSDEM on a budget.

FOSDEM 2004 is bearing down upon us, it's the 21st and 22nd February for those 
that don't know.

For those that don't care to know about the date of FOSDEM because they 
couldn't justify going to the event on the grounds of cost, I have set up 
some details on the GLLUG wiki that might make you re-evaluate the

If you can justify the time in going then you may just find that you can make 
it to the event on an acceptable budget too.
