Has anyone got any words that can be put as part of the terms of use of
an email system ? This is NOT to put at the bottom mail, but as part
of the HOWTO/documentation.

The sort of things that I want to say: there shall be no liability
if there is a problem (eg mail lost); confidentiality is not guaranteed
(eg sys admins may need to read mail to diagnose/fix problems and mail
may need to be disclosed as required by law to police/...) although reasonable
care shall be taken.

All that sort of thing.

If it makes a difference this is for a college of further education rather
than a ltd company.
