Yep - in Windows Explorer click on Tools -> Folder Options, then click 
on the 'View' tab.  The options you are looking for are near the top and 
will be visible straight away.

Though you should just be able to type the path into the address bar of 
Explorer (or copy and paste) and it will take you to the directory even 
though it's hidden.
