Ah yes - most people do chip them, so I'd forgotten that it wasn't
strictly necessary. That distinction is probably enough to seal the date
of Xbox modchips then - I see no reason why a judge would rule any
differently than on the PS2 case. The EUCD is an asinine piece of
legislation....
