I have a ~/.cxoffice/dotwine directory.
In the file config there is an entry:

[Drive C]
"Path" = "fake_windows"
"Type" = "hd"
"Label" = "fake_windows"
"Filesystem" = "win95"
"Codepage" = "0"


Do you have something similar? No idea if that has much to do with it!
