It's a shame that you decided to implement a new site using a tabular
layout, and tons of Javascript.  The site also doesn't comply to
accessibilty laws, which means you may have a legal situation on your
hands if it turns out that a blind user cannot use the site.  Also
your site isn't going to be very visible on search engines, which is a
missed opportunity if you want to use your site to generate new
customer leads.
