Um, how hard have you looked? The ease of sender-based routing (and
routing based on any other property of a message) was one of the reasons
I chose Exim.

In fact, it's quite a common thing to need to do (for example, to avoid
eternal loops when running a mail filter on a different box), it's just
that a lot of people don't realise that it's possible at all.
