hi,
why don't you try out LINUX-HOWTO's at first place and try to learn stuff by yourself ..
start reading some newbie books you will be fine with Linux :)
http://en.tldp.org/ - as I think this is the starting place
by the way look in to ~esr's home page to get some idea about opensource read hacker how to www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/hacker-howto.html and other writings as well. try out the howto's and when you have problems write to us. that's the way to go...

Subject: [Gllug] linux course

HI, my name is Orlando and I am looking for a Linux course. I have been sudying Linux by myself, but I am still in a very basic level. Please send me all the information that you have about Linux, short and long term courses. I would rather to find a course in London, where I am living, but anyway I would like to know all the available options.

Thanks a lot,

Orlando Arzuza.
