[Gllug] Idea on E-Mail please

	I need to set up a full email system... Although there is no real
need to actually use E-Mail....
	I need shared-folders, and if its going to internet connected good
spam filtering we get 1000 items a day...
	Currently I have postfix, cryus set up but I don't like it all
that much its too complex. Any ideas would be most helpful, Because I
don't really know where to start.
	I like Thunderbird and I think thats probably what we'll use its
the server side I need help with!
