Maybe I'm not making myself clear.
When first started up, the disks synchronize, master to slave.
This does take a bit of time - though I don't have a memory of exactly
how long. In the configuration file, you can set a maximum bandwith.
Once they are in sync, only the changed blocks will be transmitted.
