In response to my own post, with some help from Rich Jones, Paul
Holt of RedHat kindly answered my question:

"I am afraid it is a bit embarrassing in that it is actually copyrighted!
Not by ourselves I hasten to add but a number of the clips included in
the video prevent us from distributing it outside the number of copies
which we are licensed to hold ! (Sound familiar?)"

Kind of funny but understandable as promo videos aren't exactly
software so it doesn't matter that it's not got GNU stamped on it!
