GNU Classpath (included by GCJ) contains a small JVM, gij, which is
licensed under the `GPL+exception' terms used for all the language
runtimes contained within GCC (except for the C++ and Ada runtime
libraries, which have a different, even bigger GPL exception to cater
for template #inclusion in the one and cross-compilation-unit inlining
in the other).
