[Gllug] BBC TV streaming - anyone got this to work with Suse 9.1?

Does a secondary browser window open? For me this page renders with a 
broken embedded realplayer in Konq with no external player. In Mozilla 
a stand-alone player opens but the secondary browser window does not 
render.

Unlikely - and for reference you would only need to log out and back in 
again. A full reboot should only be necessary for hardware and kernel 
changes in general.

Open Realplayer from the main KDE menu and choose Help > About. Can you 
do the same for Mozilla and Konq (for konq there is an "About KDE" and 
"About Konq" - tell us both...)

Martin's suggestion about using MPlayer is a matter of personal choice 
IMO, and has its own kinks to iron out - as David's response shows. 
Also, I really believe we should be pressuring the BBC on these issues.
