You keep it for days when you arrive home, wet and cold from
cycling. Mix a measure or two into a cup of herbal tea, preferably one
with ginger or ginseng. Add a spoon of honey, and one of Vitamin C
powder.

Some part of the combination wards off colds, but I'm not sure which part...
