[Gllug] Fedora kbuild problem

I want my Fedora 2 setup to support an unusual piece of hardware (a Nortel e 
mobility PCI card - orinoco_nortel.ko).

This hardware is in the mainline kernel but, for some reason, is not in Fedora 
and falls foul of problems with kbuild in the current Fedora kernel if I 
build it outside the tree.

Is there a way to drop the sources into the Fedora tree and rebuild that tree 
(ie keep all the various patches contributed into Fedora) or do I have to 
build from scratch?
