[Gllug] re: ATX power supply up the spout ?

Sadly I recently experencied identical symptoms with a motherboard.
The power supplu was OK, but the motherboard was up the bucket.

Having said that, we have also had a motherboard exhibit similar problems and
it *was* the power supply.

Suggestion, borrow or swap the PSU and eliminate this as the problem before
whacking out money on a replacement !
