[Gllug] Upgrade from RH8 to RH9

Dear GLLUGers,

The Fedora Legacy Project has discontinued its support of
RH8.0, so I'm thinking of upgrading to RH9.  I use apt-get
to maintain my system so, my question is this; in
/etc/apt/sources.list if I comment out the RH8.0 lines and
uncomment the RH9 lines, will this perform the upgrade for
me?
