The BCS and the Science Museum together support the Computer 
Conservation Society. Meetings scheduled:

This Thursday 23rd: An afternoon of Audio-Visual Entertainment: Looking 
at and listening to some early electronic computers. Science Museum 
Lecture Theatre 2.30 p.m.

Thursday 28th Oct: The long shadow of Colossus: How Bletchley Park 
changed the face of British Computing. 2.30 p.m. Science Museum Fellows' 
Library.

Thursday 2nd December: Program Verification and Semantics - Further 
Work. In conjunction with BCS Formal Aspects of Computer Science 
Specialist Group. 2.30 p.m. Science Museum Fellows' Library.

Just turn up and sign in. Free, but they ask each year for a voluntary 
contribution.
