[Gllug] OT: Bug tracking software

Open source it ain't, but it must be said that FogBUGZ
(http://www.fogcreek.com/FogBUGZ/index.html) is the only usable bug
tracking system I've ever found.  I even got some way towards writing
a clone of FogBUGZ 2.0 in my last job, but sadly it was never quite
completed.
