[Gllug] HIGHMEM

AHA, success! A system which boots, and has HIGHMEM :-)

FWIW, everything execpt the correct version of megaraid was compiled in.
Tried both versions and the compile failed, switched to version2 and all
is well.

Many thanks to those whose suggestions led to the fix.
Now, how difficult can SMP be? :-)
