Thinking about it this may be a good place to provide my own offer.

I have a house in Molesey (so it's just outside London then...) with a 
small room going for £350 (inc bills ex phone). The room will be 
occupied for a few more weeks.

Internet is, naturally, provided and you don't have to use the solitary 
Windows box (it's not mine!)
