[Gllug] mount by users other than root

This works fine here - I use that all the time for my CD/DVD and USB 
storage...

Could you post the exact fstab entry?

(How do you specify the device itself? Through its entry in /dev, or by 
specifying the drive's/partition's label/UUID?)
