I've found the following resources to be more than adequate:

Not meaning to be a smart-arse, but I've been to a few courses and
found them to be pretty poor compared to doing your own work.  When
you get really stuck there is always someone friendly to ask in irc or
on a newsgroup or mailing list or at a LUG or in the pub.
