No, once you get into it English law is crap - mainly designed to enrich the blood suckers
that are part of the law fraternity. Judges can make wild decisions & generally get away with it.
I would do nothing except perhaps write a letter saying that over 10 years you have sold
X copies which has not covered production, administration and promotional costs. Put the
ball in his court, given the numbers he would be stupid to bother to do anything about it.
If he does: then worry about it.
