[Gllug] OT Free external proxy

Hi List

I'm trying to set up outgoing http proxy on my firewall. Ideally, I need 
to be able to access the server from a machine outside my LAN, but 
since that isn't possible I figure redirecting through a public proxy 
would do. So, are there any? anyone know of a list?
