No no no - Don't do it - in the best case one of the UPS' will trip out on
overload. Worst case something will catch light. 

When the mains fails the two UPS' output frequencies will freewheel close to
50Hz but not guaranteed precisely. You cannot expect them to remain in phase
unless you take extra steps to phase lock the two supplies. I don't know of
any small ups's that allow you to provide a reference frequency to lock the
phase of the output. So potentially very large currents will flow. They will
try to supply each other and the load. Ultimately the load will lose out in
that fight.
