[Gllug] Pentium M with a desktop motherboard

I've seen a couple of recommendations to use a Pentium M if I want to
minimise the power consumption of my PC.  Unfortunately, I don't seem to
be able to find Pentium Ms except as components in laptop computers.
Are they available as a separate component to fit in a normal desktop
motherboard?  If so, do they go by a different name?
