In the Quick Start Guide look at pages 7-8 for the role of the
JP8 jumper, that's something that is likely related.

Also, to be sure of the speed at which the CPU is running, check
what is reported in 'cat /proc/cpuinfo', which is measured at
boot dynamically.

Looking at the site gives the file name of the manual and then
one can search for that name alone. So it can be discovered that
here one gets everything:

  http://WWW.Soyo.com.TW/dl/

So, when the SQl query error message appears with a path, or the
URL that fails begins with:

  http://WWW.Soyo.com.TW/helpers/dl_lookup.php/

prepend instead:

  http://WWW.Soyo.com.TW/dl/

So for example the latest Quick Start Guide, manual, and BIOS
are here:

  http://WWW.Soyo.com.TW/dl/manuals/quick-sg/q6bap413.PDF
  http://WWW.Soyo.com.TW/dl/manuals/m6bap412.pdf
  http://WWW.Soyo.com.TW/dl/bios/686/6ba42ba5.bin
