49pence.com host the UK Debian mirror for me, which averages about 30Mbit/s.

Their price list only mentions up to 10Mbit unmetered, but I'd imagine
they'd be happy to offer you more, for a price:

Feel free to mention that I recommended them -- not that I get a kickback
or anything, but there's no harm in making sure they know that people are
encouraged to use them because they donate bandwidth to Debian.
