For those who are unfortunate enough to get frequently spammed
by friends with HTML emails, a quick tip is to add the following
line to $HOME/.mailcap

  text/html; w3m -dump -T text/html < %s; copiousoutput

And in $HOME/.muttrc have

  set mailcap_path=~/.mailcap
  set mailcap_sanitize=yes

Now, mutt happily translates HTML to plain text throwing out all
the nasty stuff like web bugs in the process. So seemless I didn't
even notice that Paul had sent an HTML email - still be better not
to receive them in the first place though...
