A colleague and I 'road-tested' one for a few days.  Pretty funky using MSN Messenger whilst barrelling up the M1, but sadly they're not ready for prime-time. They do crash, doing anything connectivity-wise is sometimes awkward.  IT people could get away with them, but for less tech-friendly people, they're not good enough yet.
