Equally, steer clear of Norton Firewall. At least with Zone Alarm,
you can coax it into doing custom rules although the interface leaves
something to be desired. I haven't been able to get Norton to do the
same. I'm sure it's *possible*. But it takes more effort that I've
been prepared to put in to it.

Grumble, grumble, pesky parental support requests, grumble...
