Right Lets start with the easy but.... Firefox, Openoffice,
Thunderbird. Firefox and Thunderbird both have good control over spam,
popups etc and I'm sure the parental controls are there probably as an
extension.
On the subject of Mozilla Extensions how do you write one the
instructions on there web site are useless and there discussion groups
are not very easy to start ask questions... A good book is probably what
I need....
Free-Av is an excelent Free Anti-Virus tool.
