I had a damaged TV card from them which I returned after filling in their 
online form

home > your account > view your orders and returns

The only problem I had was that I missed a confirmation step leading me to 
expect a collection when they thought I hadn't confirmed.

Ironically I have since bought a newer version of the same thing for £50 
instead of £70 - from PC world !
