Well you could try GNU/Darwin:)

Last time I tried it it wouldn't even install in VMWare and the only 
spare real PC I had had a graphics card it didn't support so I couldn't 
get an X server running. And it only supported one ethernet card but 
fortunately that was the Intel Pro 100 and I have loads of those.

It has probably moved on a bit by now but I doubt it's really ready for 
"production" use.
