Hi Folks,

I Imagine that many here are signed up to the FFII's campaign, so sorry for 
the duplication.

I'm mailing this mostly because I was outraged enough at the EC's repeat 
sneaky anti-democratic manoeuvring, to hang on the phone long enough to 
track down an email address for Margaret Beckett (our relevant Minister):

   secretaryofstate at defra.gsi.gov.uk

Seems to me that we should all tell her how much we appreciate the idea of 
the ministers for Agriculture making disastrous decisions about the 
software industry, without any sort of discussion, and against the wishes 
of pretty much everyone except patent lawyers and Corporate America.

They're trying this on Monday (yes, this Monday) so get tapping those 
keyboards!
