[Gllug] OT: Unwanted email

I found the best way to stop this was to 

a) change my email address
b) stop using it to register on forum sites (use a specific one for that)
c) use a specific mail address for web forms
d) bounce anything that is not sent to a named email address (turn off the
default mailbox)

Although it has not stopped the spam, it has drastically reduced it and it all
appears on designated accounts.
