Well in my case, to clarify, I don't really need 99.nn...%

What I do *need* however is the ability to start accepting connections
to a webserver with a single hostname within a few mins of the primary
network going down.

For example a (turns out to be) 1 hr power outage at data centre A
means I only lose a few minutes before I get switched to network B and
can start accepting connections again.
