Neither immigration nor common usage should allow appalling written English in 
a commercial communication.  If a member of staff is unable, for whatever 
reason, to write simple English (or use a spell-checker), then they are 
simply not suitable for the job, and should either be found more appropriate 
duties or dismissed.
