[Gllug] Speaking of servers that don`t use ntp

Looking at the headers on my latest message, it appears thar the ukfsn server
received it about 4-1/2 minutes before I sent it.
I am pretty sure our mailserver clock is right, within a second or so, as it
is synchronised daily from Rugby  (hang-over from days before we got internet-
aware !).
