When managing the system there are a few types of change, something
I'd like to do is to use rcs.mgr combined with Blosxom. I've already
combined blosxom with CVS and Bugzilla to track changes that way and
making a wrapper that adds blog entries to rcs.mgr or package
management script would be trivial.
