Depends on your IMAP server and the way you want to do it: Running an
IMAP server that relies on MH / Maildir folders in $HOME, you'll get
away using any tool that converts mbox to mh / maildir (there are a
couple of them out there IIRC). Cyrus, on the other side, has its own
way of handling (read: storing) mail somewhere below /var/spool/cyrus/.
By now I've been through a good deal of pain trying to move several
gigabytes of mail to IMAP using MSOE as client in this setup...
