"rsa vs dsa" returns 37,100 documents on Google :)

One of my cow-orkers has just mentioned that RSA has known cryptographic 
weaknesses, traded off against higher CPU overhead for DSA. I believe 
either can be used for both encryption and authentication with SSH 
version 2, which DSA could not for v1 IIRC.
