Report this to ebay and they will take action as cyber crime is their  domain 
in being at their site taking customers details. I have had that done to  me 
in alert as none payment. I found that there are many trying to use code to  
get such details. Report it to ebay on the link and go to message boards and 
let  the community know that this is happening.
 
 
It s much like the scam in Nigeria.
 
There used to be a site called humanrights1.st where you posted all these  
scammers and the email links.
